[Fifth Wave Coffee Refund Policy]

At Fifth Wave Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product, as per your preference.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept refunds for items simply due to a change of mind. However, if the product is unused and unopened, you may request a return, subject to approval.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at worldwinnersofcoffee@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Description of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item received, etc.)

For damaged or defective products, please provide photos showing the damage or defect.


3. Return Process

  • For Eligible Refunds: If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the product back. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packed for return to avoid further damage during transit.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Coffee beans, ground coffee, or any consumable products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during sales or clearance events (unless defective or damaged).

6. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide an exchange of the same item or a similar product, depending on availability.


7. International Returns

If you are located outside of Republic of Korea, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns.
